We offer an effective alarm response service to ensure that any potential threats are seen to and your property is kept secure. We provide a fleet of mobile patrol vehicles to support our property monitoring, all visibly marked and equipped with recording equipment. Fully certified with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and equipped with valuable experience, our response officers are trained to follow our agreed upon action plan, whether that be resetting alarms, managing potential property damage or contacting emergency services.
Maintaining a constant communication with our control room, our Response Officers use bodycams anytime they arrive on site, whether routine patrol or alarm response. This allows them to record audio and video of each visit, ensuring that everything is tracked and monitored. This footage can be provided to you whenever we visit your property.
