Our Site Watch portal is a management platform targeted at our retail and corporate clients, with support for multiple systems across different sites.   • Real time information allowing you to view your customer details and other site information we have on record.
  • Site Documents access. This stores all the documents we have on record that relate to your property or properties.
  • Quote managements. Whenever we provide you with a quotation on an installation or security management, you can find the stored copy of this on your customer portal page.
  • Job sheet display online for your convenience.
  • Online Keyholder Management to ensure that the required people have access to your property when needed.
  • Service requests all managed within the portal.
  • Live feed for all systems in line fault conditioning. For example, Dualcom and Checkmycctv systems.
  • Police response level and warnings displayed online.
  • Live feed for all systems currently on test with our monitoring centre. View online from anywhere at your convenience

Important information before viewing your draft website:

Please find your draft website for review. We understand that you may wish to make some changes to your draft site. In order to help you get your new website live as soon as possible, we limit amends to two rounds where possible.

Your account manager will be in touch in the coming days to arrange a suitable time to run through the primary changes with you in detail. Once these are completed, you will have an opportunity to address any final tweaks before we request sign-off.
